About Turbo

In the hardest year of his life, after a controversial decision to drop out of college, Turbo founder Cedric Ndahiro was unemployed, broke, and deeply uncertain about his future. People around him began to use one word more and more often: failure. A failed artist. Failing at life. The world seemed to be closing in, and his own mind felt like it was turning against him.

In that dark season, Cedric turned to writing. He poured his thoughts into songs, poems, and short stories that captured exactly where he was: standing at a crossroads with only two options in front of him: either staying down and accepting defeat, or getting up and grinding his way forward. One of those poems, titled, Not Ready to Be Done With This Life, written at his lowest point, became a turning moment. In it, he refused to give up, refused to stay down, and refused to let that version of his story be the final one.

From there, things didn’t magically get easy, but they started to move. Cedric began putting his life back together, step by step. He took courses in entrepreneurship and design thinking, and those experiences gave him the courage to return to college to pursue a degree in Business Administration. Through that journey, he discovered something powerful: staying still is often the most dangerous place to be. When you stop moving, fear grows. Doubt grows. Regret grows.

So, he created Turbo, not just as a company, but as a symbol. A reminder that we don’t have to accept decisions that kill our momentum. A brand built on the belief that forward motion, even in small steps, can completely change a life. Today, Turbo is no longer just Cedric’s personal project. It’s a growing company with dedicated teams behind every division, including marketing, all pushing toward one shared vision: helping people and businesses move forward with intention and clarity, consistently.
